costs are not transparent with these guys. They give you an initial estimate which appears reasonable then the final bill is double due to charges they never disclosed. When called to complain, they just say they can't make any changes to bills after the fact. While they are responsive, I wouldn't use them again.

We had a completely positive experience with C&F Plumbing.Their representative was knowledgeable, thorough explaining the problem to my husband and me, he worked handling all aspects of cleanliness. He went so far as to take pictures of the problem in the basement since we have difficulty climbing stairs. I feel confident recommending C&F to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Hung up on me. Blew me off. Ignored multiple calls over the course of a few months. Said he would help, but ultimately wouldn't and didn't come through on something that should've been easy. John is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never use his services, spare yourself.

In July of 2023 Colchester Realty recommend this plumber after my flush-o-meter stopped working. They charged me a total of $301.39 for this piece in the photo. This past Saturday 3/23 the piece broke off and water exploded all over the bathroom ceiling, walls and floors; damaging belongings from the flow of water through my hall and bedroom. It’s after 1pm on Monday 3/24 and I have not yet received a call back after my numerous calls and messages to them on their website to please help. I’ve given the invoice number as a reference point, no response, no help, no accountability. My management company & super said they used the wrong piece. I was just visited by another plumber who stated that all plumbers know not to use this plastic accordion for a toilet. It’s now costing me $1300 to rectify the situation. Please beware of this company.
